URnetwork - Run a VPN Provider Node via Mobile and PC

URnetwork is a new VPN project.  You can run the provider app on MacOS, Windows (coming soon), or via CLI on Linux.  You can also download the mobile app on iOS or Android.  On mobile, you can use it as a VPN, but if you only want to provide, you can turn on "provide while disconnected" under settings.
